Prenatal Technique
Webster Technique
A gentle, specific technique that balances the pelvis and its ligaments to support maternal comfort and optimal fetal positioning—often paired with Spinning Babies and Dynamic Body Balancing.
What the Webster Technique Is
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment. The goal is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation and SI joint dysfunction, facilitating neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis. Starting the Webster technique early and often gives your body the best opportunity for the birth experience you desire.
Who It Is For & What to Expect
Each visit begins with a gentle analysis of the pelvis and surrounding structures, followed by a specific, low-force adjustment tailored to your stage of pregnancy. We pair the technique with breathing and positioning guidance you can use at home, and coordinate with your midwife or OB whenever that serves you best.
Training & Certification
Dr. Monica is Webster Technique certified and a certified Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, incorporating these techniques into all prenatal care. She also holds a Dynamic Body Balancing Certificate, adding specialized fascial release techniques to support optimal maternal comfort and fetal positioning.
